LeadFlow AI ("we", "us") provides sales intelligence and outreach software. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, company), product usage (events, errors), and customer-uploaded data (contacts, companies, deals, sequences). We do not sell customer data.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, deliver support, secure your account, and comply with legal obligations. We process customer data only on your instructions as a processor under our DPA.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by equivalent confidentiality and security obligations. A current list is available on request.

5. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security, and regular third-party audits. Report security issues to security@leadflowai.example.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Email privacy@leadflowai.example.

7. Retention

We retain customer data for the life of the account and 30 days after termination, unless a longer period is required by law.
